“This was my first spirit tri and this wetsuit was a great entry level product. It’s a tight fit (MT 6’2 165) but once it’s on it’s comfortable and light in the water. As good as the suit is the service at BlueSeventy is even better. I’ll definitely buy from them again.”
“The Wetsuit is AMAZING I really like it very much and very is comfortable... but... in my first use it have two little cuts, like done with nails, but I don´t have nails!! I don´t know how that happened.
Do you have any product to repair it? What can I do to seal those little cuts so they don´t get bigger?
Ah! And the letters SPRINT in white, in the shoulder, were eraser on the first dive.
Thank you very much. And insist, the Wetsuit is wonderful!”
Hello! Yes, that crescent shaped tear is very indicative of a tension tear. Even very short nails can cause this to happen. It occurs when the neoprene is stretched and pulled, any digging in of your finger tips can cause a tear. Luckily it is very easy to repair. We sell a neoprene cement called Aquaseal that you can find on our website under accessories (https://www.blueseventy.com/products/aquaseal-neoprene-cement), and can also be found elswhere online. Our instructions for application can be found: https://www.blueseventy.com/pages/how-to-repair-your-wetsuit
