“Stitching has started to come out even though the boots are only around 4 months old. The rubber has also become torn from taking boot off using the heel of my other foot. Prior Blundstone purchases have always been high quality so I am wondering if they are a factory fault. You pride yourself on customer service so I am hoping to get this issue sorted out as the boots are not to the standard I have previously associated with Blundstone boots.
