“These are beautiful, sturdy boots. I typically wear a US Women's 9 or 9.5, and I believe I got the equivalent of a US W's 9.5, which was the right size for me. To comment on the fit: they feel pretty heavy-duty while you're wearing them, both in the leather upper and in the sole. They don't have much arch support as-is, so I replaced the insoles for some with higher arches. After doing that, they are pretty tight across the top of the foot, so do keep that in mind if you're intending to replace the insoles as I did. They are difficult to get on and off, but I'm guessing after more wear that process will continue to become easier. To me, all of that stiff material shows quality and potential for longevity, which is what I was going for. All in all, I am so glad that I bought them.”
“Love the feel of these, but am still having a tough time getting one of the boots off. It's a real struggle each time, but only on one foot (coicidentally my smaller foot, so???). Still, they're super comfortable and are holding up well in Oregon's rainy season.”
