“I was so excited about ordering my first pair of Blundstones a few months ago. My shoe size varies between 6.5 and 7 and based on reviews I chose 6.5. After wearing the boots a couple of times I realized they weren't long enough and I wished I purchased a half size bigger. When I called customer service they told me I couldn't return the boots because they had been worn. Honestly, if I hadn't been truthful, no one would have been able to tell I'd worn them. I was hopeful that your return policy was similar to REI, LLBean, Norsdtrom who take things back if they've been worn and sell them for a bit of a discount at a yearly sell. It's wonderful for customer relations. Now I've got a brand new pair of boots sitting in my closet and I can't order another pair because they are too expensive to pay twice. So you asked and I replied - I'm very disappointed.”
