“These boots have been a great purchase, and have kept my feet very dry and warm. I wear them all day long, at least 3 times a week. I'm on my feet a lot in a floral workshop and they do the trick for comfort and support! I have issues with my left foot due to an old injury, so I also utilize inserts in my shoes for added arch support. I can't comment on the support of these boots without them.
I typically wear a 7.5/8 US and the #1911 style (size 5 AU/UK, 8 US) fit my feet well. They were just large enough that they did not require a lot of time to stretch out/break-in, but also don't seem to be getting too big or stretched out with use. I did make the mistake early on of wearing my boots with shorter socks on, and the top of the boot in the back really irritated my legs from rubbing and broke the skin. I consistently wear them with taller socks now.”
“It definitely takes a few days to break them in, but once I broke them in they have been fantastic! I am a college student and am constantly on my feet, walking around campus and walking to and from my apartment, which is about a mile away from campus.
