Durable, functional, attractive. Easily five stars. (I have 3 pair myself). He is a 10 Wide so I think the 11 could have fit him also but I got him a 10 and he said they fit great.”
“So disappointed with your customer service representative who said the buck stopped with him, what a jerk! I bought a pair of boots for my husband’s Christmas present, they ended up too big and would need to be returned. Unfortunately we left for vacation and missed the return deadline, that’s why I called your customer service and had such a rude un-empathetic experience. What made it more frustrating is we couldn’t find a local retailer that carried this style to attempt an exchange. The Blundstone’s are a nice boot but would likely not order a pair again, maybe buy local and or buy from the plethora of boot manufacturers.”
