“I love these boots. I have arthritis in both my feet and find it hard to stand or walk around all day without pain. These are the first shoes that I have worn that are comfortable and painfree all day long. I had a hard time finding the right size because of the different styles. I am a size 6.5 US. In this particular style, the size 4 was just right, with an extra insert. They were a little loose without the insert. I've tried the original style and they were too tight.”

“I have been searching far and wide for boots I can wear in the winter which aren't winter boots, have a good tread, high water resistance, aren't too warm so can be used in spring and fall, hold up to lots of walking, and actually look decent. These are the boots for me! I also have permanently wider feet after pregnancy, so most standard boots don't work for me anymore. However, the Blundstones are perfect! They are super comfortable too, with plenty of cushion.
I commute in NYC daily, so any shoe I own needs to stand up to walking a few miles a day minimum. So far the tread seems good. I wanted the vibram soles for some of the slick surfaces (like salty subway platforms) I encounter frequently. The look is definitely more rugged though - these are not a dress shoe - but with footwear styles trending more casual lately, these still work in most situations, especially when the weather is not ideal. And I'm not worried about the sidewalk and road salt wearing them down too much.
