“Haven't put the vegan leather through salty New Jersey winter yet, but held up well in spring walking around campus and in summer while doing a lot of heavy farm work!
Was nervous about the durability of the vegan that was mentioned of a scratch staying on there-- I did indeed 'scratch' mine early on but since then it has disappeared over time and didn't end up being as alarming as I first feared. The material is super durable (and waterproof to boot!) it seems, 6 months in.”
“I'd been waiting for vegan Blundstones for years! I wear a women's 11 in sneakers (10 in Chacos, 41 in Birkenstocks). The 8s fit perfectly with thick socks; they're a bit loose with thin socks. They're really comfy and waterproof enough to march confidently through puddles. They keep my feet warm as long as I'm walking. My feet brush against each other when I walk, so scuffing appeared on the side of the toe within the first couple days of wear.”
“I was stoked that a vegan leather option was available, but while I was hopeful they'd be on par with the leather version, they just are not. The rub/friction of these boots is such that I get obscene blisters every time I wear them to walk further than a mile.”
