“This is my third pair of boots.
This is supposed to be a terrain winter boot.
It was not warm for NYC winter I had to get myself a Dr Martens insulated boots after wearin these for few weeks and noticing the thinsulate is loosing the material.
The thinsulate seems defective and frills out easily.
I made a claim but I am not sure I am getting a replacement or feedback.”
“The boots are incredible. I ordered these for my husband and my boys in college in South Bend. They are perfect for the cold winter weather and are comfortable walking across campus and practice but also look nice. Only complaint was customer service. We ordered 3 pair during the holiday sale and only received 2. They did credit me back after a long process (was never able to speak to a person) but I really wanted to boots at the promotional price!”
“The reviews all said order up so I got a 9.5 instead of a 9 and they’re too big. Cute though. Can’t rate them because my foot slid in them and gave me blisters.”
