Initially, I thought the back tab was missing and tried to contact Bluntstone customer service…. With no success.
After inspecting further, I realized the tab was stuck to the back of the boot inside
So after wearing the boots, I have to say I love my boots. They were a little stiff but getting softer.
I’m just disappointed with the customer service. Sorry to say.”
