“When I slipped these on for the first, they felt perfect. They have support in the footbed. Very comfortable. I bought an 5 which is an 8 in women’s. I believe I could have bought a 4.5. They fit well. I’ll always be wearing socks with these. If not, I would have bought the 4.5. It’s hard to judge when you can’t be in a shoe store to try them on.
If you wear a 7 in women shoes but sometimes have to size up depending on the shoe, I’d get the 4.5.”
