“Love the fit on the dress boot, and the color (rustic black). I'm a US size 9, and bought the 6.5. I sized up 1/2 size (wider) to be able to fit a better insole, and it really made the boot much more comfortable for me. And yes, this style is a bit more refined than the regular Chelsea boot, which I like. Not much break in required, but I did wear band aids on my heels for the first few times as I did get some heel slip at first and didn't want blisters. FYI: I also have the high tops, and experienced NO heel slip as those boots are slimmer in the heel and really lock your heel in if you have narrow heels (like I do).”
