“Like others have said, these are a little bit larger than the classics or original models.
The leather is thicker. The ankle opening is wider. I purchased my normal size 10 US (that's all they had available) These were obviously a return to stock. I'm not experiencing any heel slip so I'm making them work by wearing heavy wool socks. I imagine they will be even better once they break in more.
They do have extra cushion. Not sure if it's just because of the comfort arch footbed? Anyhow, I like them but don't love them yet.”
