“So, I wasn't 100% sure what size to order, and local stores didn't have my size to try. I am a true 6 but run a little wide (like a C). In this 550 model, decided to order the 3 Au. At first, they fit PERFECTLY everywhere except the top of the mid-foot was extremely tight (I do have quite a high arch). I stayed with it from other reviews that said there is a break in time and so glad I did. It was so tight at first i took out the insoles initially bc it was painful and cut off my circulation (!), but long term I prefer them to be in, so when I built comfort up without them (plus thick socks), I put the insoles back in. This maybe took 7-8 wears (not all day at first). Now I love them and they are comfortable (I mean not big cushion, but very supportive for 8 hr shifts on my feet) and cute. Hope they last a long time, time will tell!”
