“I love the boot. This was supposed to be my replacement pair but they were sized a full size too small even though the stamp said 6.5, which is what my old pair are (and all the ones before that). I called the company and was told because I had tried to wear them (I thought it was my fault and I needed to break them in), I could not return them. Very disappointed in Blundstone's response. I will not buy again.”
