“Bought these on Black Friday didn’t fit so I sent them back and contacted the company to get a new pair for the same price. (Because they told me not to exchange but to send back and buy a new pair) they never responded to getting me a new pair for that price.

“Love the boots in general, but I believe I was told the wrong size to order in store, because the size I tried on fit perfectly and comfortably and the size I received are so small I can barely wear them without them becoming painful to wear within minutes. I wore them once to work and regretted it. I'm not sure what to do as I've worn them, but I can't continue to wear them because they are so small.”
