I was hesitant about the size since I have a bigger foot and it does depend on the brand of shoes I am wearing. I am normally F 8.5-9. I ordered 9 since I prefer shoes that are a bit bigger so It is not uncomfy to wear for boots since the size 9 is a bit bigger than me in rubber shoes. But It was all good, very classy boots, comfy but I would suggest to those women who have wider feet and long-toe nails. If you are size 8.5-9 you should order size 9.5. I love it and it is of good quality and it looks good in any clothes you wear. Its just takes time to arrive but you can always send them an email for an update which they usually reply to.”
