“Legendary for a reason. So comfortable right out of the box. True to size. Versatile. I am never going back to other boots. I own 4 pair now. I’ll let that speak for itself.”
“I bought these as a gift for myself - it’s the greatest money I’ve ever spent on a pair of shoes. I am required for my job to dress semi-casual and the 585s are perfect with a pair of pants. Living in Maine with snow, I did put a leather protectant on my shoes, which darkened the color, but I don’t mind much and these shoes have really held up to the elements much better than I anticipated. I have taken my dogs on walks just as well as I have gone to the grocery store with these boots. These are well worth the investment and I have highly recommended them to everyone I know.”
“Another great pair of boots. A small amount of breaking in required, as expected, before I was ready to commit to a full day of work on my feet. Thanks for the consistent quality.”
“Was concerned about the odd sizing but followed through the advice given on the site and boot fit perfectly. I have a wide foot so 10.5 is a dream fit. Zero break in, zero slippage and zero pain. These blunnies have hiked and biked miles and no issue. VERY PLEASED!!! THANKS BLUNDSTONE”
“I love these boots! They are great for travelling since they can be dressed up or down, and I found them very comfortable to hike in. You can wear them in all terrains, even snow. However, size up!!! I wouldn't say I have a particularly wide foot but I do have a high arch, and I found my typical size to be extremely tight, to the point that the boots were painful and unwearable even after attempts to break them in. Since I couldn't return them after attempting to break them in, I gave the ones I bought as a gift and bought a second-hand pair in a full size up. They fit much better! I was disappointed as many of the reviews here say these boots fit true to size. I would size up a full shoe size, especially if you want to wear thicker socks with them for hiking and colder weather. They stay dry but don't provide much insulation in winter weather just FYI.”
