“They fit a bit differently than the ones in store and could have gone down 1/2 size, but regardless I love them and they’re the perfect boot! So easy to Break in and once you do, they’re uber comfy!”

“Love the boots but lotta pressure down on both feet from top of boot were laces would be. Direct opposite of arches (top of foot) thought if I kept wearing them they would soften up but they are not cooperating. Any suggestions on softening up that part of boot? Need help! I would appreciate any ideas. Too nice and expensive not to be able to wear.”
