“These boots are beautiful and well made. However, I have not been able to break them in. They are stiff and painful. My feet go numb while wearing. I have tried everything. Shoe stretchers help, but only temporarily. I have a high arch and do not recommend these shoes to anyone with a high arch.”
“I really like these, but they were hard to get on and off when I bought them. I called customer service and the person assured me that they would loosen up and stretch out, but that has not happened at all. If I’ve known that I probably would have returned them.”
“I was very disappointed with this purchase considering the price. I have a lot of friends that love these shoes so I decided to give them a try because they are so cute. When I ordered my first pair, they were so small that I could barely get them on. They sent me the correct size, but I figured they must run small as a brand. I exchanged the first pair for the next size up but still had problems. The second was easier to get on than the first, but it was still a struggle. Once I got the boots on though, they were so tight on the top of my foot. I could walk in them or wear them for more than an hour because they were so tight. Despite the recommendations from my friends, these boots were just not for me. I don't know if it's because the bridge of my foot is too big, but if you have similar feet I would not recommend these.”
