A note on sizing and fit, likely different for everyone:
I usually wear a US size 8.5 but these run small so I sized up to a 9. Initially thought the 9s were too big, but have found it is possible to adjust the sizing by adding the additional inserts that come with the shoes - put them in under the regular inserts. After a day of walking my feet got swollen, so I removed the extra inserts for comfort and felt much better.
There's a slight pinch on the top of the foot that I don't experience with lace up shoes - this is getting better after wearing the shoes in for a couple of days.”
“I would have rated them a “10”, but the scale doesn’t go that high! This is a great all-around shoe, comfortable and warm. The slip-on feature is a plus. A great 3-season must-buy shoe for New England wear!”
“I absolutely LOVE these boots! These are my third pair. I have them in 3 colors! I have hiked the mountains of Germany and Switzerland, walked miles and miles in NY City, and also thrown them on and worn them with a dress and even shorts. I can’t say enough great things about these books! I get stopped on the street and asked “what brand are those boots” and I have even had a couple people take pictures of my boots so they can remember what they look like. “The shoes are made of really great material and it is somewhat waterproof which allows me to wear them on my job which I appreciate. The reason I can't give 5 stars is that I get a blister on my heels every time, no matter what type of sock I am wearing. It makes them a little painful overall.”
