“When they arrived they were too big and not very comfortable. I had blisters on my feet for 2 and a half months. Then I ordered another insert and cut it down to size which made it a lot more comfortable but made it too tight on the middle of my foot. I stretched it a lot with thick socks and it still hurts when I wear them with thicker socks, however, they’re very very comfortable and recommended. I wore them on a trip to Europe with a ton of walking and it served me very well. They are great in the snow and rain.”
