“Wore them straight out of the box for a week long trip walking miles every day. No “ break in “ period needed and super cool and stylish. Hiking , on a boat , dressy for high tea, appropriate for all. Second pair and I will buy more.”
“So disappointed with your customer service representative who said the buck stopped with him, what a jerk! I bought a pair of boots for my husband’s Christmas present, they ended up too big and would need to be returned. Unfortunately we left for vacation and missed the return deadline, that’s why I called your customer service and had such a rude un-empathetic experience. What made it more frustrating is we couldn’t find a local retailer that carried this style to attempt an exchange. The Blundstone’s are a nice boot but would likely not order a pair again, maybe buy local and or buy from the plethora of boot manufacturers.”
