“I love the boots but I had an negative service experience. I neglected (my fault) to order the upgraded insoles at the time I ordered these boots. I have another pair of black Blundstones as well. I called the next very next day stating I just placed my order and wanted to add the insoles. I was told to order through the website. I asked if they could wave the shipping and they said they couldn't. The man was very short and just said they can't do it. The boots haven't even left the warehouse yet. Nope. No help at all. I was not going to pay the very high shipping charge for $16 insoles when I just spent $300 on your boots. It's a corporate issue if their hands were indeed tied and a leadership issue if they could help me but just didn't want to. I mean, it is called Customer Service. It was weird by today's standards. I don't ask for anything that I don't deserve. Like I said this is my 2nd pair of Blunnies in two years. The other pair I bought at LL Bean.”
