“The foot bed makes the boot even better than it already is. The problem is if you have an issue with shipping it takes more than 24 hours to hear from someone. There is no phone number unless you practically beg customer service for it. I ordered these in plenty of time for when I needed them.The item was to arrive approximately a week after ordering. Something happened during shipping. The item went back to the place of origin and then back to me making delivery 2 weeks instead of 4 days. I am not sure I will ever order directly from the website again.”
