We are using it because I know the soil foods are grown in today don't have anywhere near the amount of minerals There used to be. My kids have no problem taking it. At first they didn't like the way it turned their drink brown, so then I just squirted a dropper or two in their mouths. They take a sip of a drink after and it's no big deal.
