I immediately sent an email to customer support (on June 6, 2024), over 2 weeks ago, to ask what steps needed to be taken for a refund and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Take my professional advice and buy supplements from reputable and well know companies such as Thorne, Metagenics and Standard Process - these companies are top notch and very reliable!”
