As for the product itself, I feel better than ever, as I have cycled it in as part of my healing journey. I currently take one twice a day with meals. Depending on your goals and body's experience, you may find that this is sufficient. You may also find that you can increase the dosage and/or the frequency with which you take it, as well as whether you take it with or away from food. Do extensive research; the Western Medical model has made it exceedingly difficult to attain any real healing on the systemic level. But you already know that :)”

The product was delivered on a damaged envelope that went all over the house and the bottle is bloated. The product is unopen and We are afraid to use it. W buy similar products on line and they deliver on a box. It is much better since we pay for the shipping.
