It looks like you received this product just a week or two ago. Bifidus can take time to populate in your gut and help soothe your digestive tract, usually taking 1-3 months of use for optimal benefit. Keep at it, and you will hopefully see results soon! (Also keep in mind if you are not altering your diet at all, probiotics may not be as beneficial as you would like.)
