“I mix this shake with kefir and use a blender. I use only a half scoop because it has a taste and texture that does not appeal to me. It does not dissolve well. This is my first experience and I don't think I will purchase it again.
I prefer the taste and texture of Super Green Vitality which I use with kefir and make in a blender. This is my product of choice for at least 10 years.”
