“At first I didn't really like it AT ALL i felt it tasted so artificial and that taste almost gave me a headache.. I still think that it could use some work with the flavoring to make it less extreme.
I really like the creaminess it offers. At first id mix it with water dandy blend vanilla stevia some celtic sea salt some ice and cacao nibs to top.
Then I mixed it with ice water vitality green stevia mint extract and some matcha green tea and that was also really good.
I know that this is probably really good for people who are used to having heavy duty protein shakes, however I am not used to that so I wasn't a fan at first.
Probably the best news is that I feel it is helping my leaky gut! I have been following the body ecology diet for for almost 4 years now(ranging in stages) but my gut feels strong and I feel less bloated, less hungry and more energy.
I know that when used correctly ALL the body ecology products work, as does the system, it just takes time and a little perseverance to heal your body and soul!
Overall I say get this product if you can, as with all the other protein shakes.
My only 'ehh' is that there is rice in here, i know not many carbs but I try to stay away from grains as I find that my body does better on a low carb diet with medium amount of fat”
“I could cry writing this review, it is that important to me! I've had leaky gut issues for over 11 years now - body ecology diet is the only way I can thrive- but I couldn't eat gluten, dairy, nuts, garlic, pork or beans and I had to food combine perfectly or I had big issues! Not anymore! I've been taking this product for 3 weeks now and I have seen a 100% turn around in my leaky gut issues... I tested out my new and improved digestion with the foods mentioned above and I had no noticeable reaction!! This is so huge! This product needs to be promoted beyond the BE community. I ordered some and made my first smoothie today using goat milk kefir and this powder and some collagen. I almost fainted it is so delicious. I have tried plenty of protein powders and have not been fully satisfied with all of them, but this is TOP for flavors and TOP for light sweetness that doesn't involve nasty tasting stevia and I am TOTALLY SATISFIED. I am a painstaking label reader of everything and I'm shocked that this passes my very strict "approved" criteria. Organic, low glycemic, probiotic, fermented, no additives and gut healing things....stunning!
I will get it again but I might not be able to regularly consume it because the price is astonomical. I know it is a quality product and costs more to produce but it costs over $2 a day at this point so it will have to be an occasional treat for me!
