You only need 2 ounces per day so it's great to mix it with something if you're adjusting to the taste. The health benefits are worth it, especially these days. When you take probiotics in a food form like this, you get the diversity and the microbes are able to colonize much better.

Have you tried mixing it with stevia, sparkling water, lemon and lime, or even pomegranate juice or black currant juice? The minimum would be to have 2-3 ounces per day, but if you could work up to having that amount with each meal, it may have a great effect on your inner ecology.
