“Gorgeous bag however when arrived one side was significantly higher than the other, meaning when they married up at the back bag looked extremely unproportional. Gillian at customer services informed me it was the nature of the bag and therefore my best option was to return. Such a shame as lovely bag x”

We're very sorry that you were unhappy with your basket. The shape of the basket isn't a fault but how the baskets are made. They are woven by hand in rounds so to finish off the top there is always a step where the last round is stitched, but this is on the back of the basket and the front side is completely smooth. All handcrafted Moroccan baskets of this design have a step on one side.
