These are really lovely roasted in the oven for half an hour - we made them with the aubergine and chimichurri, but would be really great as a crispy snack as an alternative to chickpeas. Love the fact that they're grown the UK.

Thank you so much Tamsin – that sounds absolutely delicious! Roasting them is such a great shout, and we’re so glad you’re enjoying them both in recipes and as a snack. We love that they’re grown in the UK too – it’s something we’re really proud of.

Surprisingly tasty. Yes, they do look a bit off-putting when you see the grey slime around them, but a quick rise, some black pepper and olive oil and they are delish!

Thanks for the honest feedback – and we’re so glad they surprised you in the best way! That darker layer is just natural oxidation (nothing to worry about), and your extra drizzle of olive oil and black pepper sounds ideal!

Flavoursome, good texture, excellent protein content and easy to use, my favourite is in a curry with spinach.

Thank you for sharing David – that sounds like a delicious combo! We’re so happy to hear you’re enjoying the flavour, texture, and find them super easy to use. The beans in a curry with spinach is a winner in our books too.

Unusual, something a bit different, nutty & delicious, hot or cold.
