I assume most recipes are suitable for freezing if batch cooking- other than the obvious… but any advice on storage , including freezing, would be helpful .”

Our content team work so hard to keep brilliant, delicious but simple recipes regularly coming out, so its great to hear they are being appreciated. And yes! You can store opened jars in the fridge for 3 days - however, if this is too quick you can definitely freeze your beans! I recommend defrosting your beans in the fridge - heating from frozen will cause the beans to go mushy! We also have a blog post rounding up some DELICIOUS batch cook bean recipes on our website, which again are easily freeze-able.

Living in a small town like Hertford it is quite a challenge to source a lot of the ingredients, but we embrace the challenge and are very keen to try many of the recipes; particularly as we try to reduce our red meat consumption in favour of vegetable alternatives! Well worth the money!”
