After School Club
“Our son was excited to start this class as he’s been teaching himself Scratch coding at home. Unfortunately, he exited his first class unhappy because the kit he was given with did not work, and no one helped him. This affected a few other children too. He was told to watch another child work on their project instead, so he feels that he will be behind next week as he did not get to start on his own project. Thinking of requesting a refund.”

“Unfortunately my son couldn’t even login & spent 90min watching the class ;(
UPDATE - this was just the 1st session & the technical issues were resolved & he now looks forward to his session each week.”

"Thank you for your review and I’m sorry that your son had a negative experience at our club today. I have spoken to my teacher about how the lesson went today and he explained that some computers worked fine and others seemed to hang when opening the website that we were using. During the lesson it was impossible to resolve the issue fully but we will now speak to the IT support people at the school to find a solution. Hopefully we will have that in place for next week."
