We didn’t have a great start as there were no signs at all and so all the kids were still waiting at the wrong side of the humanities building at LWC at 08:50 with no idea what was going on. Your instructions said there would be A frame signage from the car park so that people knew where to go. Not great to then not do that so that they end up starting late on the first day!”

We’re sorry for the confusion on arrival this morning. A location map was shared in advance and signage was planned, after speaking with the students and tutors the session began on time and no tuition was impacted.
