“Very disappointed.
Unfortunately my Grandson was unable to attend a session at Writtle due to illness on the 19th March.
Having given the required cancellation time by email I enquired about rebooking. After sending another two emails I still haven't had a response.
Such a shame as I'm sure my Grandson would have really enjoyed it but just be aware that the communication is non existent.”

“LC is the best morning out with your LO Lucy is amazing have been coming for years. Every time we come my LO finds something different and cool to explore and its fab watching them grow and develop and their play evolving! Lucy loves kids and is so kind and bubbly with everyone as well as always being incredibly efficient and she has a real eye for detail and what kids notice and like doing. She even remembers the kids' names...unbelievable!”
