STEM at St Phillip Howard.
“Overall the idea was great and my two boys aged 5 and 9 enjoyed it however I don't feel it was fantastic value for money. They completed 3 activities over the course of the day which seems minimal for the time spent. The day's schedule sent out was only an 'example' so it was difficult to choose which day they would enjoy most.
Overall it was different to what was out there already, just needed more activities to fill the day.”

“My son and daughter thoroughly enjoyed the day. The feed back from my son, was it was great and he wants to go again. He loved laser tag, building his own solar vehicle and he loved time on mine craft. I am sure my wife and I will be booking them again as a treat. This is the second time we have sent them and each time they have loved it.”

“Both my girls had an amazing time at camp! The camp team were so kind and really looked after them and they came home feeling proud having made an invention to take away with them! Would recommend”

My son attended camp on 7th,8th and 10th April at Catherine Wayte Primary School.
“I would like to say that my 7 year old was really excited to attend the camp initially but when the 2nd day of the camp went on, they were made to make a crane in pairs and the other boy who was making the crane with him had to leave early for some reason so my child wasnt able to complete the crane as the other boy took it home with him as his mum worked there. When we asked at the end of the day the lady there informed us that he will be able to do the crane in his next class. So today was his last class and when I went to pick my son up he said he wasnt given the crane as there wasnt any. When I spoke to the lady named Sharon, she was rude and said that she spent last 15 min showing him how to make the shark, so not sure if he is going to be able to make the crane. This is not the way I would like a teacher guiding my child. Ofcourse he is a small 7 year old kid, he would need help to understand how to make it thats why I enrolled him to this class so that he learns new things. I told her that if she gave me the crane I would make it with him at home to which she rolled her eyes and went and got it. I am not really happy by the way this has been handled. I have paid for this camp so that my child could get exposure to science and learn to make new things, not for him to be treated like this. This is really disappointing. My child is very bright and knows how to work if he has been taught properly he is able to follow instructions. I hope you train your staff to be polite and patient with kids. They are small and learning ofcourse they will need help. I have booked him on age appropriate camp so I expect the staff to be patient and show the how things are done.”

Middleton Primary School
“My six-year-old reported that the activities included playing Minecraft, watching a Disney movie, and playing tablet games such as "Guess the Animal" and "Guess the Country Flags," as well as playing with ball robots controlled by tablets.
While my child enjoyed the camp, mainly because of the tablet time, I did not feel it was worth the money. I had hoped for a more enriching experience that would introduce new learning opportunities. Additionally, I felt the hours were quite limited.
To make matters worse, the camp at the school I originally booked was cancelled due to low enrolment. As compensation for the inconvenience, I was offered a 20% discount to move the venue to one 13 miles from my home. However, despite providing the necessary details, I have yet to receive a refund (this was for the past February half term).
I have sent multiple emails regarding this issue, but I have not received a response. Specifically, Freya Hewitt-Penfold, Customer Service Advisor, has ignored my emails and failed to provide any updates.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the poor handling of this situation.”
