“My daughter enjoyed the first session and said it was fun however it was scheduled to finish at 16:15. I arrived to collect her on time and she said she had been waiting outside for “a good few minutes”.
I’d expect a paid for session to run the full duration, not to finish early. It was also the case that when she attended the magic club it also finished early every time.”
