“I feel it’s gone a bit downhill since the last one I went to. A lot less toys per section, toys were broken (trike steering doesn’t work) and batteries not in some toys so they didn’t make the fun noises children love. I thought the girl who was Moana was excellent and really made thee patience for my son. I feel it lacked a warm and inviting atmosphere and for the price I I think it needs improving.”

I’m sorry to hear that this session didn’t feel quite the same for you as previous visits. I understand how important that warm, welcoming atmosphere is, and I’m disappointed that this wasn’t your experience on this occasion. If you arrived a little later than the start time, it’s possible you may have missed the usual welcome, which I’m sorry about.
In terms of the toys, there weren’t fewer out than usual, but with lots of children enthusiastically transporting items around the city it can sometimes be a challenge to keep everything perfectly reset at all times — though it’s something I actively try to stay on top of throughout the session.
Regarding the car, thank you for flagging that — I’ll be checking it. There is only one toy that I intentionally don’t include batteries in, but if any others weren’t working as expected, I’d really appreciate you letting me know so I can fix or replace them straight away.
