Baby Sensory Southwark Reviews

Concept is good but unfortunately the instructor is passive aggressive. She fails to respond appropriately to more active babies and berates parents in personal attacks that are uncalled for. You would have expected their staff to be more professional and polite.

The class was great and I really appreciated that the facilitator explained the developmental reason behind each of the activities, and my baby loved it!

It doesn't make much sense to offer an activity for up 13 months olds and then constantly tell mothers that the babies should be kept by them, cannot touch this and that and cannot mouth this and that. This gets the babies frustrated. Out of all places, this should be the last place where you have to restrain your baby constantly. My baby grew out of this at 8 months old.

I don’t think it really works as a one off , better if you can attend all the sessions as I had no idea what was going on and instructor wasn’t very welcoming!

Hi Aoife, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. We're sorry to hear the class didn't have space for you. We've sent you an email separately to explore this further. Best wishes, The Pebble Team

Nice class for babies under 6 months old. For older ones, they need more resources and entertainment. It would be nice to keep classes separate by age. A 2month old will enjoy the class, while my 7 months old got bored quite fast. Good to attend and meet new mums though!

I appreciate the effort. But the instructor appeared rude to me. She kicked her demo baby doll to bring to centre of the class. My 9 month old got scared and cried herself out.
