Attended pregnancy and mum&baby yoga with Michelle. I have thoroughly enjoyed it, and so has baby. It’s very relaxed and educational.

Michelle’s lunchtime pregnancy yoga and evening antenatal sessions are absolute gems! They’re relaxing, informative, and tailored for every stage of pregnancy. It’s clear she brings a wealth of experience, creating a supportive space where every question is welcomed. I especially love how she incorporates pregnancy balls - not just for comfort, but to teach practical techniques you can use daily and during labour. I always leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more prepared. Looking forward to her postnatal classes in the near future too!

From our pregnancy yoga, to 6 months into our post natal & baby yoga - we’ve loved every class! The classes are such a good balance of activity for the baby and for you!

Michelle is great, very knowledgeable and this is a brilliant way to meet other expecting mums in the area. It's great to have a stretch that's specific to your needs as well as somewhere to talk all things pregnancy and babies.
