“Unfortunately our session had a number of technical issues which were difficult to resolve. However since we returned home Ryan contacted us and offered our daughter a replacement session at a later date. This response was hugely impressive, honest and humble. We are looking forward to another opportunity to be involved with this company and our child is still hugely excited by the chance to have a 2nd session!”
