“Was allowed to book onto the class for a free trial with a subscription to follow. Turned up to only be told by the venue that the class hadn’t ran for weeks. No one available from Active Future to speak to when trying to find out what is going on. My son was incredibly disappointed. Annoyed is an understatement.”
