“Today was the first time my daughter has attended a holiday club. She's 5.5 years old and is quite a nervous/shy child. She absolutely loved the club and all the activities she did. As it was at her primary school she knew a few faces which really helped. I will definitely be booking her in for some days over summer holidays.”
“Do not book in advance as impossible to cancel days that are no longer needed.
Asked by staff to book in advance and then communication goes quiet when asking for money back when no longer needed.”
