“I should have read descriptions better. I thought the kids would actually do baking, but it was just decorating ready made cookies and talking about shapes. Both kids weren't impressed and said it was a boring class for them.”

This workshop was designed to use biscuits as a fun, hands-on way to explore symmetry, patterns and shapes, with the biscuits being decorated rather than baked from scratch. We do also offer other workshops in this series where children get to make recipes themselves, as described in our promotional material.
We appreciate that it can be easy to overlook the finer details when choosing a workshop, and we’re sorry this one wasn’t the right fit for your children.

“My two children had the BEST time with Rana. They were initially booked for only one day of a holiday camp, but came home begging to go for a second day. They loved the baking (and the eating afterwards), but also enjoyed the range of other activities - puzzle books, making and decorating boxes for their baking, making valentine's cards etc. A huge thumbs up from both of them and from me.”
