“As a first time mum I was really nervous about taking my child to a group. I had encouraging communication with Melody before hand and entering the group felt very welcomed.
The group has different themes every week which we love! Lots of resources to play with and brilliant lead activities/songs lead by Melody.
It’s a great space for children to have space to play and explore and interact with the other children. I have seen how my child has developed and grown in confidence by being at this group. I wish that I had started going to this group when he was a baby!”

“We’ve been coming to Starbubs since my son was approx 12 weeks old and we have loved every session we have ever been too (he is now 3!). Melody is a wonderful session leader/teacher and brings so much joy and warmth to each session. Starbubs sessions are fantastic every week and the diversity and creativity of each session is fantastic for any child. My son loves interacting with other little ones and also getting stuck in with toys, music and other fun things. We have tried other classes but honestly you can’t beat Starbubs! Also it’s makes our Mondays so much brighter!”

Melody’s Motto of ‘Go Big or Go home’ doesn’t disappoint. Each week there is a new theme bigger than the last with lots of fun activities to engage your baby in. While lots of fun, it’s also very well balanced with lots of calm and structure to ensure your baby doesn’t become overstimulated. I also love that Melody splits the groups in different abilities, meaning there isn’t a mix of needs so each session focuses specifically on supporting your baby’s progression and development.
Melody is so warm and welcoming, and there’s such a lovely atmosphere amongst the group. I attended without knowing anyone but have always felt welcome and found a friendly face or two to chat with.
I also love that Mel offers to make you a hot drink at the end of each session. It’s probably the only time I get to drink a hot drink hot, as my little one is either still watching all the lights or snoozing

The class is packed full of activities, songs and props, there’s so much to keep the little ones entertained! I love how every week is a different theme too! Highly recommend!”

Melody who leads the session is lovely, she has great energy and makes all the participants feel comfortable and encourages them to join in at their own pace.”
