Halloween Special - Garforth
“Joined a Halloween special and had the best time, with souvenirs (in the form of a photo and handprints) to show for it! Catriona is lovely and somehow managed to remember everyone's names, making us feel so welcome. The session blended sensory, gentle exercise and the chance to relax with a cuppa and sweet treat. It kept my little one more entertained than a typical fitness class, with him smiling away throughout and getting involved in most of the movements as well as having his own stretches and fun. Thanks so much for today!
Ps. My 8 month old is obsessed with his Chad the Chick and I was able to buy another for a friend at the end of class. Amazing baby shower gift and so handy having them for sale ❤️”

Easter Special
“We had such a lovely time at the Easter Special class this week! We’ve really enjoyed Catriona’s classes before and it was so great to be back ☺️ Such a great class for both mum and baby, I’m able to do something for me whilst baby is also entertained throughout - the flow of the class is perfect. We loved the photo opportunity too! Also not feeling rushed to leave after the class has finished is really important to me, it makes a huge difference. I would highly recommend Catriona’s classes!”
