“Unfortunately, the session fell well below expectations and left both myself and others feeling quite let down
The teacher leading the class appeared completely disengaged. She looked visibly bored, showed no enthusiasm, and made no real effort to interact with the babies or create a stimulating environment. Instead of leading the session with energy and care, she simply placed a few toys down and read from a piece of paper in a monotone manner, with minimal involvement.
I ended up leaving towards the end of the class as I felt it was a waste of time and money. What made things even more concerning was hearing the teacher encourage others to “leave a 5-star review” because she “gets £5 per review.” This felt inappropriate and unprofessional, especially given the quality of the session.
Glow Baby’s promotes itself as a high-quality sensory experience, but this session fell far short of that. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as families deserve better — especially during such an important developmental stage for their babies.”

“What a magical experience. My little one absolutely loved the class, listening to the story and following all the props. It was done so cleverly to give a wonderful sensory experience without it being overstimulating. Can’t wait for next week!”
